Though it may be one of the most reported-on problems in fashion, bringing an outfit from day to night is still one of my most loathed quests. In fact, I don’t believe I can name a recent time when I’ve successfully completed this feat. It’s not that I don’t know how, but probably more due to the fact that I work from home and my “day” outfit that consists of whatever I slept in.
Since I’ve now joined the freshly-squeezed Chicago location of The Wing, I actually have to look presentable a couple times a week. Since I like to go out at night, it only makes sense that I would go straight from my workspace to dinner or out with friends.
