Here’s Where To Get All Your Party Dresses This Season

While it’s always a good time to have somewhere to go, for some reason when I think of spring I think of parties and going out and having fancy dinners with your friends. This might be due to the fact that I rarely ever, in fact, go to parties or fancy dinners, or maybe it’s just that I live in Chicago and it’s finally starting to get to a temperature that you can wear a mini dress and not completely freeze. While a solid suit or even jeans and a tee usually suffice, here are a few labels that create some amazing party dresses for those special events or nights you just feel extra:

The only way you could have not heard of this brand is if you don’t have an Instagram. An influencer-fave, Realisation Par is like a fusion of the brands Reformation and For Love and Lemons, but they definitely have their own niche style that has really taken off in the past couple years.

I’m going to be honest: this is my favorite out of the bunch. Not to say that any of the other brands I mention here are in any way “worse”, but Raisa Vanessa is a newfound love of mine that I discovered at Paris Fashion Week and haven’t stopped thinking about since. Created by two sisters and Istanbul-based, this for-women-by-women brand is definitely a celeb-fave. While the price tag is probably enough to scare most of you away, we can all dream together.

The Attico

You may know Giorgia Tordini and Gilda Ambrosio from your favorite Fashion Week street style looks, but they also founded The Attico, a brand designed solely for women who love to dress up. Their vintage-inspired silhouettes and sequin-covered designs make us nostalgic for the days long before the dad shoe trend, when dressing up meant strictly dresses and sparkles.

An LA-based brand with a plethora of casual styles that are great themselves, Lovers + Friends also has a solid collection of going-out approved dresses, donning some of this year’s biggest trends like puffy shoulders and 90s slip dresses.
