Being the retailer of choice among many young IG-girls, Revolve has always seemed more girl-next-door than it’s more mature competitors like Farfetch and Net-a-Porter, but the message they’re sending isn’t always so attainable. When I see an influencer tag Revolve in their picture, I usually assume that whatever they’re wearing is decently affordable, but don’t let the 18-year-olds dressed in Caroline Constas fool you. A lot of the shit on this site is expensive. More expensive, in fact, than most department stores. Although they carry “inexpensive” brands like Free People, most of their pieces are $400 pairs of jeans that the average girl just can’t do. Lucky for you, they’re having a huge sale and there are a lot of items under $100 (and even $50!):
