Known for their basics and jeans, Madewell has quickly become my favorite place to buy all my Christmas and birthday gifts. Not only are the prices unmatched for quality, but they consistently come out with new designs that I don’t see ever going out of style. Honestly, I got a lot of trendy clothing for Christmas this year, but the pieces from Madewell are the only ones I can picture myself holding onto forever because while I would like to think I’ll still be wearing crop tops in 10 years, it’s just not going to happen.
Only twice a year, Madewell gives a huge discount on their sale section by offering an extra 40% off on all markdowns. Yes, extra. Honestly, a $60 pair of jeans from Madewell that will last me forever totally beats a $25 pair from Forever 21 that might last 4 washes (and also probably has some weird slogan like “tacos forever” on the pockets).
